An admin is simply a user with extra permissions.

  • view and manage all users
  • access reports and history
  • assign roles and permissions
  • configure settings

Admins are not separate from users — they are included in your user count.

No. Admins and field users are billed the same and count toward your total user limit.

Basic plan: up to 2 admins

Pro plan: up to 5 admins
